Booking Terms & Conditions

Duration of Studio and Location Days:

Studio Day: 9 hours, including a 1-hour lunch break.
Location Day: 10 hours, including a 1-hour lunch break.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made within 2 working days prior to the scheduled booking will incur a fee equal to half of the total booking cost.
Cancellations made within 1 working day of the scheduled booking will result in a fee equivalent to the full booking cost.

Overtime Rates:

Overtime rates will apply under the following circumstances:
Studio: Time-and-a-half rates will be charged after 8 hours, up to a maximum of 12 hours.
Location: Time-and-a-half rates will be charged after 10 hours, up to a maximum of 14 hours.

Weather Permit:

For confirmed bookings, in cases of same-day cancellations due to weather conditions, a fee equal to half of the total booking cost will apply if services are immediately rescheduled.
If services are not rescheduled, the full booking fee will be charged for same-day weather-related cancellations.
Cancellations due to weather conditions made in advance are subject to our standard cancellation policy.

Usage Rights:

Usage rights are strictly limited to the specific rights initially granted and are not extendable without proper negotiations.

Rights Licensing and Payment:

Licensing of rights and permission to utilise any assets will be granted only upon receipt of full payment for the total bill.

Late Fees:

Overdue payments will incur statutory interest charged at 8% of the invoice total plus the Bank of England base rate.
